Responsible for the successful implementation of Actenum's software at new customer sites, as well as successful software upgrades. Acted as primary project manager and analyst for many of Actenum's projects. Also involved with hands on data modelling, configuration, training, workshop facilitation (involving groups of over 30 people), product improvement, and support.

Acted as a customer facing specialist for Landmark Software's Drilling and Completion software products.

Responsible for supporting and improving remote data links used for live feeds from Drilling and Completion jobs.

Assisted the employees and volunteers at main office with fundraising, acquiring donations, recruiting volunteers, and general administrative tasks.Helped organize and acted as greeter at annual fundraising dinner and golf tournament. Cleared building site, and contributed to construction of a ranch house to serve youths in need.
