Since 2012, I have been thinking of starting a company that was about giving back. I have been very fortunate in my life and at this point in my life I wanted to be part of solving big issues in the world. It wasn’t just about making money, it was about doing good. So in February 2014, my partner and I launched Axcess Global. I am one of the managing partners at Axcess and one of the largest shareholders. My passion for starting Axcess- Global was about giving back. Everything that Axcess-Global is involved in has to do with causes. We are dedicated as a company to help solve some of the major issues in the world today, additionally we are committed to giving back by setting up various Foundations.

When I joined, Die Cuts was a major player in the craft market. They wanted to diversify and start another division, I was given full responsibility and authority to do this. In January of 1997, I started a home décor division and launched the company. I was responsible for all aspects of the business, P&L, budgeting, forecasting, sales, product development, etc. I grew the company to $25 million in sales, getting product placed in every major retailer. I left Die Cuts in February of 2014 to pursue my own dream: Axcess Global.

Master Piece Puzzle Company was doing $1 million in sales, when I moved to Tucson Arizona. At MasterPieces I was one of two owners and was responsible for running sales, product development. I was involved in all operations of the company; did P&L’s, all financial responsibilities. I grew the company to $20 million in sales and had our products placed in every major retailer. In 1996 I sold my shares to my partner and moved my family to Salt Lake City, UT and became an owner of Die Cuts With a View.

I was hired as a sales representative in Evansville, IN where I broke every sales and management record the company had. I was then promoted to agency management in 1993 in Salt Lake City, UT.After a year of hard work, I was promoted from agency management to district manager in Nashville, TN. I was promoted again, the following year, to open and start the company's operations in the North East (company had never operated in the North East) where I worked with the insurance departments in (NY, NJ, CT, MA, ME, NH, RI) to get all products approved. I hired, trained and managed all of the sales staff and was promoted in 1997 to Regional Manager, youngest Regional Manager in company's history. In 2000, I left Federated to take over a start up, Master Piece Puzzle Company
