I am a detail oriented individual who has held varius professional positions at Durakon Ind. I have an ability to lead individual towards a common goal through displaying good work ethic and a positive attitude. I have experience as a supervisor in a union plant during which time I was able to develop a good relationship with the employees. I achieved this by setting a high level of quality of work for myself as well as any employee. I was our plant Quality Supervisor for the last 5yrs where I was able to build a strong relationship with our customers through dedication to root cause analysis and Overall product Quality. My goal is to obtain a job where I can put my experience as a supervisor to use to help a company reach a shared goal. I enjoy people and have a natural ability to become a leader within a manufacturing facility.Specialties: I have 10yrs experience negotiating with the UAW at level 1,2,3 greivance procedures. I have experience in the development of new processes,managment of current processes, capability studies and creating work instructions. I was our liaison to Ford Motor Company and Nissan North America during which time I visited plants in order to correct various installation and quality issues.I have experience with Fanuc Robots and have some experience with CNC programming.
