About Rob Sheldon

I have enjoyed working with the many people in the energy industry over the last 38 years. It has given me great pleasure to be associated with Nalco, Nalco Exxon and now Nalco Champion because of the many people that have contributed to this great organization’s success. Experiencing the diversity of the Wabash River bottoms of Indiana and Illinois to the flint Hills of Kansas, mountains of West Virginia to the Great Osage of NE Oklahoma was only the beginning of the journey. We appreciated the life style change to southern California and working with the highly motivated folks at THUMS Long Beach, upstate in Ventura and Bakersfield. It was personally fulfilling to facilitate Nalco sales and customer technical training when it paid off as they realized lower than expected lift and operational costs in West Texas and again in East Texas. Joining the Eagle Ford Team has been a great pleasure in finding new ways to solve technical problems and assist sales in optimizing our programs and relationships in new areas with new customers. I have been blessed to be able to provide regional, national and global technical support while maintaining key district accounts on a local basis. I appreciate Nalco supporting my service in the US Army Reserve for 13 years, which at times took months out of an already full schedule and during a critical time for the United States. Working with all of these people all over the world has been challenging and very rewarding personally and has shaped my family and it’s new generation. It was with great pleasure to serve Chevron and the CABGOC being on the Nalco Angola Team in Malongo and from Cabinda for almost 4 years. I look forward to meeting and developing more long term relationships throughout the industry from all over the globe, as well as right here in the Great State of Texas.
