o Creating and developing relationships with prospective accounts by contacting and promoting InterCall’s services and additional features, via telephoneo Responsible for generating new revenue within these accounts via telephone contact and web meetings. o To achieve KPI targets of meetings, demo’s and calls in terms of both length and quantity. o To manage a pipeline of sales opportunities ensuring that business is closed within realistic timescales.o Consistently achieving a monthly incremental revenue target of circa £2,100 of new business in conferencing and collaboration products and Unified Communication services.o General administration duties such as creating and sending emails and letters to customers, creating new users, maintaining Salesforce.com CRM tool and dealing with enquiries relating to invoicing queries.
