Also project manage ICT installations for the MPS for major building refurbishment and new build projects e.g. New custody suites at Croydon, Wandsworth, Wood Green, Various Safer Neighbourhood bases within the Souther Area of London, Front Office refurbishment, various major office refurbishments and staff moves, integration and customer expectation management of various MPS ICT systems, of all Information Classification up to secret. Specification and policy writing and implementation for the MPS Infrastructure group of the Department of Information.
