If it wasn’t broken, I took it apart and put it back together again to learn how it worked. My love for mechanics evolved into creating parts that make them what they are. I started 1998 as a toolmaker and was responsible for building pierce dies and forming dies to manufacture rotors and stators for electric motors. In 2006, I worked closely with Doctors and engineers to design unique and specialized spinal tools for surgery. As the need for manufacturing and customizing production became more of a demand, I made the decision to start my own manufacturing company, Alva Prototypes.
