If it wasn’t broken, I took it apart and put it back together again to learn how it worked. My love for mechanics evolved into creating parts that make them what they are. Like an artist that can look at a blank canvas and create a masterpiece, I look at a block of Titanium or Stainless steel and create an intricate part for your product. I started 1998 as a toolmaker and was responsible for building pierce dies and forming dies to manufacture rotors and stators for electric motors. In 2006, I worked closely with Doctors and engineers to design unique and specialized spinal tools for surgery. As the need for manufacturing and customizing production became more of a demand, I made the decision to start my own manufacturing company, Alva Prototypes.
