- Technical presentations to civil and structural engineering firms as well as rebar manufacturers and placers regarding our products and building codes- Technical support for headed reinforcement products such as T-heads and Mechanical couplers used on rebar in building and bridge construction- Certification of new products through Caltrans, ICC, IAPMO, LARR and others - Technical writing and communication including test plans, reports, code conformance, and submittals- Problem solving and research and development for new products- Website design and marketing - Safety meetings and upkeep of materials testing lab- Solidworks, Excel, Word, Autocad

Design and fabrication of composite parts, composite and metal part integration, mechanical testing, product development, problem solving, communication and collaboration with engineers in other fields of study.
