Managed a purification specialist in the infectious diseases group. Oversaw prioritizing tasks, coordination of projects across groups, and method development. Prioritized and optimized multiple synthetic targets on both small and large scale in the osteoporosis/osteoarthritis therapeutic area. • Point of contact for Agilent (LCMS), Gilson, and Varian HPLCs for setting up new instrumentation, developing analytical and preparative methods, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and instrument repair. • Designed ultra-fast LCMS (UPLC, sub 2 micron particle chromatography) methods to insure quicker turnaround time for samples while simultaneously improving peak resolution.• Promoted and implemented a Global Analytical Data Repository for the storage of all analytical data generated by the medicinal chemistry department.
