    I have contributed to the British Medical Association (BMA) Medical Student Committee’s latest strategy with a highlight on education. This was as my role as the national lead for their education portfolio (Dep. Co-chair Education) at a crucially important time balancing stakeholders such as General Medical Council (GMC), Medical Schools’ Council (MSC), UK Foundation Programme Organisation (UKFPO), NHS England, and others. During this time the planning of the country’s first national Medical Licensing Assessment (MLA) was finalised, and a new UKFPO allocation system was trialled for 10,000 new doctors entering the NHS.
