Wrote emergency planning policies and procedures, trained staff and participated in NHS and multi-agency exercises. Led the tactical response to any incidents that occurred, which has included fire, flooding, utilities failure, IT failure, cyber attack, chemical incidents and the impact of severe weather.Oversaw the emergency planning annual assurance process to maintain compliance with the NHS national framework.
