I am now embarking on a new challenge where I will be a roaming outsource engineer supporting 15 different sites across Hampshire with their IT challenges.

I started in Estee Lauder in 2002 where I had the responsibility of running the customer database for the company. I implemented QAS to the database and we cleaned over a million records saving money, confirming the validity of the data and removing duplication's. In 2004 I transitioned into the retail team which has grow exceptionally over the years. We have installed, upgraded and decommissioned many different services. I have Installed equipment and applications in retail locations all over the UK and other countries. The main focus was always the customer and bringing the best to everything we touched in a highly dynamic, fast changing and fluid working environment. The position was responsible for providing primary contact for UK Retail Stores running technology and systems for the processing of transactions at Point of Sale, CRM, infrastructure and consumer engaging digital experiences (Signage, social and interactive apps) on a first and second level basis.After working for 16 years on a shift pattern have decided to venture into the marketplace to find a better work to life balance.
