Increase Bridgeway’s sponsorship contributions.Increase new donors by expanding partnerships with community businesses, churches, and other similar community organizations.Creat and oversee the general operations of both “The Village Industry” and “The African Marketplace” initiatives.Design and produce marketing material for food, shelter, clothing, transportation, and information programs.Maintain correspondence with financial donors by creating progress reports on a monthly basis.Createa nd conduct surveys to collect data on overall program effectiveness and community concerns.Work closely with North Philadelphia Congress and D.H.S. by creating and submitting grant proposals as well as grant renewals.Assist in establishing annual events and fundraisers.
