Defined scope and managed a $3.5mm, 18-month phased renovation of a 285m SF facility. • As Operations Director, led the consolidation of operations from four locations in MN and WI into the renovated plant and ran the new site in a General Manager capacity. I subsequently successfully integrated three additional acquisitions into the new location.
