My professional experience includes five years of work at Food Lion LLC. as a center store grocery associate. While working I gained valuable experiences such as getting an insight on how management is conducted, watching my managers daily handling employees and customers. I also learned how customer service is performed, whether it be on the front side with a monetary issue or on the back end with product issues. I have a passion for the entrepreneurship field with one day aspiring to have my own business to serve my local community. Another experience I have is working at Hound Ears Golf Club in Boone, North Carolina. This job gave me even more opportunities to gain experience networking with club members. My current role is with Centric Brands as a coordinator on the compliance team. I dispute and resolve shortage disputes and help compile monthly reports on our progress. I use SAP data management and Microsoft Excel software daily.
