• Developed, implemented, and managed Spansion’s Global Transfer program. Responsibilities included an in depth study of worldwide demand creation efforts and the impact to worldwide flash consumption. Worked closely with the worldwide sales organization and executive management to identify target transfer customers, set quarterly forecasts and quotas, and track performance. Implemented a worldwide pre-notification closed loop transfer process in Salesforce.

• Managed the world wide EMS relationships with Foxconn, Flextronics, Jabil, Celestica, Elcoteq, and Sanmina. Responsibilities included design and manufacturing support of both the Wireless and Embedded portfolio of products. Developed business plans for each EMS provider and region. Negotiated purchasing contracts to determine rules of engagement. Developed sales tools to track weekly performance and increased serviceable market share from 28% in the top EMS customer base to 68%.

• Managed Spansion’s North America distributor sales program for Flash memory. Designed and launched a channel wide branding campaign and oversaw the channel transition from AMD to Spansion.

• Managed North America distribution sales for both AMD’s microprocessor and core business units. Responsible for the development and execution of the channel strategy, distributor business plans, and channel marketing programs. Defined distributor sales goals and managed channel inventory in support of quarterly sales objectives

• Launched AMD’s first commercial distribution program. Negotiated contracts with Tech Data, Bell Micro, and D&H while working closely with the AMD sales and marketing teams to develop goals and objectives. Developed strong relationships with synergistic suppliers which further established the company’s standing in the system builder market place.
