•Support the needs of the Evergreen Center for Health & Rehabilitation throughout the talent acquisition life-cycle to attract, hire, onboard and retain talent•Research and develop community-based relationships with colleges, vocational, and high schools to promote healthcare careers within our facilities•Collaborate with hiring partners to understand business objectives, develop tailored recruiting strategies and drive recruiting activity for the center(s)•As the subject matter expert, advise, train and influence partners and stakeholders regarding recruitment strategy, process optimization, candidate experience and technologies including the applicant tracking system•Cultivate active and passive candidate pools through sourcing, community partnerships, social media, marketing, employee referrals, etc.•Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for long-term care roles•Represents the care center(s) at job fairs, in the community, campus events, and through various professional associations

• Lead the efforts to identify and recruit multilingual linguists (interpreters) to meet the ever-growing industry needs of ITI customers. • Focus on continuous improvement effort to enhance the quality management system and enhance linguists and client satisfaction.• Lead and ensure that all linguists(interpreters) are screened and onboarded while ensuring that all ITI supplier compliance requirements are met 100% of the time.

• Serve as a community link between employers and their needs, as it relates to employment within the system.• Coordinate services with partnering agencies and organizations in order to provide a holistic and comprehensive approach to employment services shifting focus to quality placements and retention. • Schedule and participate in weekly meetings to create strategies to identify unmet needs and create proactive solutions for both internal and external clients.• Ensure that each client is prepared for employment by reviewing credentials, competencies, job seeking documents, and providing personal interview coaching instilling the value of soft skills. • Pursue job openings diligently, professionally, and quickly to place job seekers in the best placements possible.• Input data across multiple computer systems in a timely manner regarding: customers, employers, and employment to organize, access, and easily identify relevant information.• Cultivate relationships with funders, employers, temporary agencies, community organizations, and foster quality engagement, while providing the latest job market information. • Organize, participate, and facilitate job fairs, employer recruitment events, networking events, informational sessions, round tables, etc.
