• Lead the efforts to identify and recruit multilingual linguists (interpreters) to meet the ever-growing industry needs of ITI customers.
• Focus on continuous improvement effort to enhance the quality management system and enhance linguists and client satisfaction.
• Lead and ensure that all linguists(interpreters) are screened and onboarded while ensuring that all ITI supplier compliance requirements are met 100% of the time.

• Serve as a community link between employers and their needs, as it relates to employment within the system.
• Coordinate services with partnering agencies and organizations in order to provide a holistic and comprehensive approach to employment services shifting focus to quality placements and retention.
• Schedule and participate in weekly meetings to create strategies to identify unmet needs and create proactive solutions for both internal and external clients.
• Ensure that each client is prepared for employment by reviewing credentials, competencies, job seeking documents, and providing personal interview coaching instilling the value of soft skills.
• Pursue job openings diligently, professionally, and quickly to place job seekers in the best placements possible.
• Input data across multiple computer systems in a timely manner regarding: customers, employers, and employment to organize, access, and easily identify relevant information.
