As customer experience manager, I deputise the running of the store in the store managers absence, and in my day to day role it's my job to ensure that through my team we provide great service towards our customers. Ensuring great availability, great standards and great pricing.I have 5 team leaders reporting directly to me.

This role looks to ensure our customers are welcomed and looked after throughout their journey. This means having stock readily available, priced and advertised to maximise sales whilst ensuring the customer receives the highest level of service whether they are at home using click and reserve or when visiting our store...

As we say goodbye to the Homebase brand at Walton and launch a new store for the start of March 2018

Took over as store manager in what was a challenging store due to the high level of management turnover previously. This store had traded over £100,000 loss in profit the year I took over, the following year I led the team to its first substantial profit of £150,000 this was mainly down to increased sales through stock availability and winning back customers to the store by promoting the catalogue throughout the shopping centre, improving the look and feel of the store and increasing the level of service and speed of service. The main driver of the stores success was the warehouse where a total overhaul of the process and layout and the introduction of key efficiencies and space management led to the success of this store. Later due to Littlewoods and Index restructure, I was then made a twin site manager looking after Camberly store also.
