Current responsibilities consist of managing 4 locations from a Customer Quality Specialist (CQS) perspective. I handle commercial and aerospace customer complaints. In addition, I address supplier corrective actions via trend analysis reporting as a result of incoming inspection rejections. This role allows me to be creative regarding tracking formats in Excel, which provides visibility in multiple areas and gives the reader insight to status, and any progress that is being made regarding the issue at hand. In this role, I’ve driven preventative actions by reviewing manufacturer Control Plans & Inspection Plans, and making the necessary changes, which prevent ongoing non-conformances. My attention to detail and my relentless drive to ensure an action is properly addressed & closed results in being one of the most requested Customer Quality Specialist within our business. My reporting format in addressing issues has also been requested by my leaders as a template for others to follow. Lastly, I provide support to our audit team by performing selected internal and supplier audits throughout the year.
