This greatly reduced material lead time requirements to successfully deliver each site. All other RNAM supply chains implemented this strategy after the successful pilot project.Developed & Implemented first real time BOM (Bill Of Material) tool. This solution provides real time material status via web access for every site. Additionally, it facilitates material forecasting, procurement & delivery flow. Reporting provides historical statistics to allow supply chain performance improvements & KPI monitoring. This tool is still in use today and it is being used on other supply chains.
