I started with Dave & Buster's as a support tech in 2015. I worked at that position for a year before being promoted to Senior Games Technician(SGT). During my two years as SGT, I serviced over 100 different arcade cabinets, both preventative maintenance and repair. I also ran the training program for new technicians. In 2018, I was promoted to Amusement Manager, where I worked along side the rest of the management staff, learning about the financial side of the business, while continuing training technicians and helping repair those faulty parts. In addition, I also wrote schedules, handled all cost of sales and HR issues for my department, and drove the most profitable arm of our store. In 2021, I moved to open the new store in Bellevue, WA, where I continue these duties today.
