• Assure application excellence to the user community meeting service levels and project commitments through comprehensive service governance, continuous process improvement and fiscally responsible supplier relationships.• Work with IT Operations Team to assure high application availability, performance, reliability and data integrity• Work with the IT Compliance Team to understand compliance requirements and validate application regulatory compliance• Oversee new application transitions from IT themes• Implement and utilize a continuous improvement program to improve user satisfaction• Work with the themes as needed, to secure new sourcing partners if existing sourcing partners are not qualified or build bids are too high• Advise in enhancement requirements and release plans responsible for new application transition to production • Assure new application transition success during stabilization phase

• Design procedural workflows to implement Incident, Problem, Request, Change and Enhancement Management based on the ITIL framework• Develop automated Change Management workflows conforming SOX compliance• Provide detailed training on process and procedures• Create custom Business Objects reporting metrics to be used by all aspects of IT to track and trend on performance metrics• Work with regional leads and PMO to transition new applications or services to the first level Service Desk• Create and maintain database to store processes, procedures and troubleshooting guides for use by all IT analysts• Develop, implement and train IT professionals on critical event procedures• Administer CA Service Desk Manager r12.1, provide monthly training sessions and review/implement enhancement requests

• Develop custom software solution to automate and track shipping schedules increasing productivity and shipping accuracy• Provide detailed training to managerial staffing and shipping department• Perform shop floor auditing to identify and track issues and inconsistencies within warehouse processes and suggest continuous improvement ideas• Design database to store process issues for current and future auditing • Present results to senior and assistant managers on a weekly basis

• Develop and maintain commercial web site promoting sales, services and promotional listings• Design client / server solutions for sales tracking and maintenance department• Develop, install, and configure small area network• Aid sales and service departments assisting with customer questions and transactions
