I have served in a variety of managerial positions within the Department of Defense’s largest Army Information Technology program, currently valued in excess of 1 Billion Dollars. This IT program is viewed within DoD as one of the most successful Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) SAP logistics/finance solution the Army has implemented to date. Daily, I leverage my knowledge in Earned Value Management System methodology to measure performance against scope, period of performance and cost for approximately 120 million dollars worth of equipment, travel and labor. In my capacity as the Operation Manger, I work directly with our government customer, sub-contractors (both large and small businesses) and cross-team technical managers to resolve contractual concerns as well as provide program and corporate guidance and direction. Prior to becoming the Operation Manager, I successfully planned and executed the Army’s largest “cut-over” event for this IT solution; migrating over 16 systems into a single SAP solution.
