NewsWhip is a social discovery and content analytics platform that tracks and predicts the engagement of news across social media, powering a suite of products used by journalists, marketers and PR professionals.As NewsWhip's first sales hire, he built and grew the company's sales and account management strategy from early stage, including generating new opportunities from inbound and outbound leads, providing product presentations, management of the trial process, drafting of proposals & contracts, client training & support, overseeing account payment, account renewal and upselling.As Head of Media Partnerships, Robert generated, closed and upsold some of NewsWhip's largest deals and partnerships, including large custom solutions for major world media houses and brands such as Associated Press, Bloomberg, Canadian Press, The Press Association, Bild, Reuters, Mastercard and Ford.
