For my work placement as part of my degree, I chose to work as an English Langauge Instructor for an English Language Activity Camp in Spain. I was tasked with organising and running various English lessons with the children and improving their oral and written skills. Furthermore, we were tasked with running various physical activities with the kids such as orienteering, horse riding, kayaking, and high ropes. During working hours, I would be responsible for between 6-12 students and would need to work in a team to co-ordinate all the various groups of children doing all these various lessons and activities. This placement made me more aware of my love of working with young people and education as a whole. It also allowed me to experience working in a different country and a different culture.
