JustificationIndustry targeted. I’m an Analytical and Creative Information Technology Professional. I’ve spent the past few years as a corporate trainer, but I’ve never lost sight of my passion, IT. I’m a member of the Tennessee Air National Guard where I work in Cyber Warfare and strive to further my IT skills. I have a knack for attention to detail; the little things, drive the big picture.I’ve been able to instill a grassroots effort into my training by giving back to the people and asking them what they want. I created a cohesive training commitment by tailoring my training to fit the needs of the company and the employees. I’ve been able to accomplish this in the IT world as well. I was the project lead for creating a Cyber Warfare lab; I received a budget and the concerns of the users. I was able to bring the project in under budget and give the users all they asked for and more.I’m a great people-person, because I listen; listening is the key to success. Listening makes me effective in all I do. As a trainer, I learned it’s about the people and what they need, not what I want to give them and in the IT realm things change rapidly, so you have to listen to keep up.
