My management and consulting vision and experience have been from a coach's perspective. Whether in the arena of executive consulting, financial and investment counseling, grant-funding development, technical and educational training, or church ministry, my passion, my approach, my raison d'etre has always been that of a coach: to work with high-potential professionals in pursuit of their vision, goals, and objectives. My professional vision is to help build a better world with the global plans of building inspired synergistic communities, organizations, and ecosystems by objectively coaching high-potential professionals to pursue their vision, goals, and objectives. Whether training/certifying stock exchange member representatives, OPIC senior staff, the Liberia Industrial Free Zone Authority, or technical managers of the Fund for the Improvement of Post-Secondary Education, I have applied my education and training as a clergy professional and as a finance professional from the perspective of a coach and a change management consultant locally, nationally, and internationally. My current DBA (Doctor of Business Administration) research study focuses on Black-American acceptance of DeFi (decentralized finance) and FINTECH (financial technology).
