With over 15 years of experience in litigating corporate control, corporate governance, fiduciary duty, appraisal, and contractual disputes, I have spent most of my career specializing in corporate and commercial litigation. Having represented corporations, LLCs, and limited partnerships across a multitude of industries in Delaware’s state and federal courts, my dedication to ensuring my clients legal interests are protected and upheld has garnered recognition from my colleagues and other law professionals.Beyond my professional commitments, I am also deeply engaged in civic matters within my community. Throughout the years I have served as a child attorney, performed pro bono work as a member of RLF’s Protection from Abuse team, and was honored with the Delaware National Guard’s Distinguished Service Medal for my work representing two charities associated with the Delaware National Guard. In my free time I also enjoying rooting for Philadelphia sports teams, training for triathlons, and coaching youth soccer.I am passionate about both my practice and my involvement in the community. I strive to make a positive impact on Delawareans from all walks of life through dedicated legal representation and active civic involvement on a state and local level.
