RG Performance Group, part of Robbins Gioia, was a new "change management" consulting company in Charlotte that recruited and hired me for my extensive business contacts. I was responsible for using and leveraging existing business relationships and prospecting into financial institutions as well as other large businesses including, medical, aeronautical, government and more. I successfully introduced RG Performance Group to many C-level executives at Bank of America, Carolinas Medical Center, Jefferson Pilot Insurance, Honda Aviation, Wells Fargo, TIAA and more.Robbins Gioia closed RG Performance Group after the government sequester in 2013 took away more than half of the parent companies revenues.
