I am responsible for the preparation of teaching laboratories in the Biology Department as well as providing technical support for the maintenance of common teaching and research instruments and facilities.

I managed a DNA sequencing platform, used primarily to observe genetic diversity across both small, and large populations. Included with this, I prepared protocols and trained graduate students in various molecular techniques.I also help with fish husbandry, in the custom-designed hybrid flow-through/recirculating tank system, which I helped to build, and maintain.

Supervision of the lab component for Introductory Biology, and the tutorial component of Introductory Genetics.
