Co-ordination of the Offsite warehouse for Engineering at Winsford. This includes the:- Organising and planning of cross functional projects.- Organising the use of third party suppliers for all projects.- Dealing with different parts of the business to organise Ad-Hoc transport.- Warehouse management and the responsibility for moving high value goods.- Maintenance of the offsite warehouse system including development of the system and movement records.- Responsible for the interface with Engineers to determine their requirements on long and short term needs.- Responsible for administration of records to enable legal scraping of parts and properties.- Responsible for the health and safety on site at Winsford along with the hiring and care of vans for transportation.- Setting up of full Warehouse facility i.e. cleaning contract, forklift truck hiring. - Stock ordering and management of Stock.- Dealing with service contractors. - Managing costs of the warehouse.- Organisation of task for 3rd party Staff on a daily base.
