I have worked over 10 years in facilities management. In my current role as Security Administrator I’ve been an integral member of the facilities team, responsible for all aspects of physical security, maintenance and life safety of the buildings at multiple sites. This includes performing annual inspections of life safety systems such as fire alarm, sprinkler systems, fire extinguishers, HVAC and elevator inspections. Also repairs such as paint, electrical, networking wire, access control, and minor plumbing repairs. I have overseen daily operations, routine and emergency maintenance, several infrastructure renovation projects including several moves and new construction. I’ve served in a leadership role throughout my career as both a business owner and a facilities team member managing multiple direct reports. I’m well organized and have identified multiple avenues for increased efficiencies and cost savings. I would bring extensive experience in planning and managing installations of different types of building systems, vetting and managing third party contractors, and managing day-to-day operations. I strive to identify ways to increase the efficiency of processes reduce costs. I am well-versed in all aspects of building operations and facilities management with an emphasis on safety and security. My goal is to keep your facility safe and functioning well for all employees. I also have dedicated extensive time to volunteering in the community outside work.
