Began employment with the company as a Product Specialist where my duties included learning and supporting the company’s pharmacy management system software; Promoted to Senior Product Specialist in December 2004 where my duties were expanded from solely customer support to include writing custom SQL reports for the company’s software and assisting the Client Support Manager in day to day department management; Developed and constructed a database to store customer information that I later expanded to include a customer support call log and tracking system while serving as the Senior Product Specialist; Promoted to Technical Services Manager in January 2006 to become the assistant to the Director of Technical and Customer Services and a liaison for the Client Support department; As Technical Services Manager my duties include ordering and maintaining hardware, product demonstrations and presentations of the pharmacy management system software, internal computer, network, and communication systems management; Assigned to manage the Implementation and Training department in addition to the rest of the Technical Services Manager duties in May 2006. The duties include making initial contact with customers when they contract with the company, configuring customer systems, training, and onsite support during roll out; After the position of Technical Services Manager was phased out in 2010, my duties remained intact with a title change back to Product Specialist.
