• Perform product demonstrations to align with or discover relevant use cases and business pain points.• Deploy and operationalize the product within a prospects virtual and/or cloud infrastructure to begin the evaluation/proof of concept.• Conduct technical reviews after initial deployment so that Turbonomic’s technical capabilities can deliver value to the most relevant and important areas of the prospects business model.• Enable and empower prospects to leverage Turbonomic’s automated decision engine within their virtual and/or cloud environments to maintain application performance, infrastructure efficiency and compliance adherence.• Work with various VARs and business partners to train and educate their solution architects and sales reps on Turbonomic’s capabilities and POC process.• Attend various conferences and technology road shows (Microsoft Ignite, VMWorld etc.) with other members of the sales and marketing team to provide product demos and technological expertise at the company’s exhibit/booth.

• Client facing role that manages all aspects of new and existing buy side accounts.• Communicate with new and various internal teams throughout an implementation process to deliver a customized, efficient, and effective technological solution for the various front to back office workflows necessary for a hedge fund or traditional asset manager to conduct day to day operations.• Work with traders to create and support numerous trading workflows from the OMS and third-party execution platforms.• Create and produce real time profit and loss and exposure reports for PMs and finance teams.• Work to identify compliance needs and create pre and post-trade compliance checkpoints.• Build models to rebalance portfolios. • Assist operations teams with position reconciliation.• Establish and support FTP interface connections to communicate daily transaction data to Prime Brokers, fund administrators, and accounting systems.• Work with Prime Brokers to resolve trade breaks.• Maintain strong client relationships by providing enhanced functionality to accommodate newrequests that stem from adjusted or newly developed trading strategies and operational processes. • Provide tier 1 support for real time issues while collaborating with tier 2 connectivity and systemsupport teams for more investigation intensive situations.

• Member of the Real-Time team.• Analyze and troubleshoot all system related issues coming from our consultants and/or clients.• Use SQL, SQL Traces, Debug outputs and Proc analysis to determine the root causes of issues across various aspects of the product including but not limited to; Modeling, Analytics, Trading Workflows, Allocation Workflows, and Compliance.• Work closely with Consultants, Product Managers, and Development teams to resolve issues and provide clients with better workflows and/or customized solutions.

• Electronic/FIX trading account representative for over 60 Hedge Fund's and Traditional Asset Managers world wide.• Analyzed workflows and communicated with brokers, business consultants, networks, and third parties to quickly implement new FIX trading connections.• Tested and brought LIVE over 600 electronic trading connections for a wide range of asset classes, regions, and workflows.• Used SQL, FIX protocol knowledge, and problem solving skills to troubleshoot connections that failed during production testing.• Provided customized solutions for technically complex electronic trading workflows.• Tested all electronic trading connections to Hong Kong, South Korea, Thailand, Taiwan, Singapore, China, Japan, Australia and New Zealand markets for several months.
