Why does my profile include Snowboarding, Wakeboarding and a comment about Cats and Dogs? Much like my work in Alliances my ability to Snowboard and my desire to improve at Wakeboarding and Wake Surfing is about trying new things, getting out of my comfort zone and setting stretch goals. I am a friend to Dogs and Cats even though they are incredibly different in terms of temperament, behavior and attitude. People are similar in that everyone responds to situations, challenges and even leadership styles differently. As a leader my role is to help bring out the best in each team member weather they are a Dog person or a Cat person. I am proud to lead a team of talented professionals.
