• Develop and maintain collaborative and effective stakeholder relationships that contribute to successful delivery of NDSS National Programs• Manage the relationship with, and support the functions of, the Medical Education and Scientific Advisory Council (MESAC) • Assist with project coordination for the NDSS Quality Management System (QMS), participate in internal and external audits and attend NDSS Quality Management System committee meetings• Maintain and update the NDSS IP register • Maintain and update NDSS manuals • Fulfil the role and responsibilities of NDSS Privacy Officer• Work collaboratively with marketing and communications team to undertake efficient and effective resource reviews.• Represent Diabetes Australia and the NDSS at health conferences

• develop internal and external reporting templates and draft the team’s internal and external communications and reports• co-ordinate national NDSS Registrant Support Services planning and reporting• co-ordinate the national management of NDSS Access Points• assist in the development, maintenance and review of NDSS Operations policies and procedures• assist with monitoring and coordinating the timely delivery of NDSS deliverables• assist in the management of NDSS Operations contracts and the procurement of supplies and services• contribute to the maintenance of the Quality Management System, and assist in its continued development• oversee and provide guidance for the development and maintenance of NDSS online platforms, including website and social media• assist in managing small projects as required from time to time
