I am also responsible for cleaning and changing the butyl system and barrels as well as completing all paperwork as required. Responsible for the setup and operation of the glass washer making sure that all basins are at the correct water level while checking paperwork continuously. Acquire the correct pieces of glass that form the window and run them together through the washer to the next station in which they are connected with spacers to temporarily hold them together until they are permanently sealed. Offer assistance to the Glass Cutter Operator as glass is cut according to customer orders.
