Responsible for financial and accounting functions for the Development Company, Covenant Mortgage Company, Brook-Ridge Real Estate Brokerage Company and as many as four other LLC entities established for each residential project. • Extensive work in budgeting for each project including sales forecasts, cost analysis, cash flow model building in MS Excel and Word. • Corporate liaison with auditors, lenders, equity partners, insurance companies and sub-contractors. • Prepared and designed monthly draw reports, and in collaboration with attorneys, prepared all unit closing statements and other legal closing documents.• Introduced a simple 401k plan and designed sale commission reporting to improve commission tracking.
