Responsible for the successful development, maintenance and undertaking of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure consistency and efficiency throughout the Site, as well as continually improve and monitor processes and quality to ensure compliance to Company and industry requirements. Meet with client management during each visit to gain their input and perspective to ensure that KBR is supporting DuPont effectively at each site. Responsible for site project support as needed, proposal support, and site surveillances of the projects across the U.S. I work to review and amend our quality policies and procedures for each sites specific needs with the site manager, obtain and distribute weld procedures from our weld metallurgist, and witness welder qualification testing assistance as needed. Collaborated to develop a "inspectors list" to ensure that each inspector is up to date with their certifications, training hours and eye exams. I assist to set up and schedule inspector certification classes with the KBR Level III instructor.

Responsible for night shift inspections on the F-6101 and F-6102 Furnace rebuilds, I was in charge and follow up of all third party inspection services and reports, worked with my daytime Manager to build the Client Sign off packages and walked the systems with my nighttime client inspection team, I was responsible for visual testing and dye penetrant testing the fillet welds on the skin replacement and structural modifications, proper installation of the refractory hangers inside the furnace, replacement of the mule ears that were the wrong material, proper thermocouple placement, welding and shield installation, reinstallation of the new upper furnace, ducts, bracing, and burner replacement.

Responsible for documenting and photographing upper skin, convection section and tube sheet removal due to a furnace blow out for failure analysis purposes for the Engineering Company as the plant had re-tubed the furnace with incorrect tubes, I was then responsible to verify all repairs and materials of the repair work that we performed including re-tubing the furnace with the correct material tubes, rebuilding the convection section, and verification of proper refractory procedures were followed.

Responsible for tracking modifications, repairs and API 598 testing of valves, Inspections of all incoming and outgoing shipments, verification of all daily inspection reports for all equipment, forklifts and truck are completed, Inspections of freight packing and loading prior to receiving and shipping, NCR documentation and resolution for all Lockwood facilities worldwide, random quarterly audits of modification shops, supplies and Lockwood facilities which totaled over three hundred thousand square feet of warehouse with fifteen million a month in sales. Responsible for setting up site safety management plan for all of Lockwood facilities, and implementing detailed policy and procedures for receiving, inspecting, storing, packaging and then shipping of valves at all Lockwood facilities.
