  Key responsibilities:• Process support- Set-up of equipment and changeovers.• Troubleshoot process issues, identifying equipment faults and repairs on mechanical/pneumatic/and electrical systems.• Investigate and resolve problems relating to machines, materials, product quality and customer complaints.• Set-up and calibration of vision systems.• Complete scheduled Preventative Maintenance (PM) and document as per procedure.• Support machine installations, validation, and production processes.• Liaise with engineering group in trouble shooting new products and processes.• Work on machines to improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)• Solve problems using practical solutions• Provide Operator and Maintenance Training where required.• Maintain a high level of workplace organisation using 6S and ensuring a safe working environment.
