In addition we updated the pool deck as well as the HotelLobby and adjacent food court. New Tenant improvements for Zabas Mexican Restaurant, Island Sushi and the Italian speakeasy "Simpatico" were also added to our scope. The crowning achievement at this property was the construction of Oscar Goodman's restaraunt ,"Oscars Steak House" for which we won another Review Journal Award for "Best New Restaurant in a Hotel". I had the opportunity to turn key both of Oscars and Simpatico from design and buy out through the construction process to completion.

Construction Field Operations/EngineeringPerini Building Company Nov 2007 - Apr 2011Las Vegas NvHad the opportunity to work on the award winning Cosmopolitan Hotel and Casino (winner of the Review Journal's "Best Strip Hotel Casino"). During my time on this project we went through a complete redesign during which I gained invaluable knowledge and insight to the Design Assist/Design Build process. I specifically worked on the Wicked Spoon Buffet, another Review Journal best of Las Vegas winner for "Best Buffet. I also worked on the second floor public circulation, the high end meeting rooms, the second floor retail mall circulation, "The Bond Bar" and "The Henry" restaurant, the second floor gift shop, second floor sales offices and the third floor Fed Ex store. In addition I worked on and coordinated mezzanine back of house back bone utility electrical, mechanical and back up generator systems. Development of numerous slab edge fire stopping and expansion joint details were also detailed and coordinated by myself and my team. -
