This includes advising on (i) strategy in respect of new programs and development of existing programs; (ii) implementation including all owner/occupier notification documentation, collateral, operational documentation, proposed changes to the programs, optimisation initiatives, complaints, marketing, training and Contact Centre collateral.• Drafted and negotiate various commercial contracts (including goods and services, design services etc.)• Review marketing collateral for compliance with CCA (i.e. speed, pricing & other claims).• Provide legal services to New Developments team in relation to the roll out of fibre/other technologies to new developments across Australia.
