Since attending Year Up I have learned skills such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook.

-Learned many customer service skills such as providing consistent customer service satisfaction.-I provide service to 50+ guests per shift. -Worked as a host training and leading a team of other hosts in seating guests to their liking.-I provided excellent customer satisfaction over the phone by receiving 30-40 orders per shift, imputing them into the software and managing transactions.
