Responsible for conducting investigations of abuse or neglect against children, assessing child safety and well-being, and removing children from and initiating Dependency proceedings against dangerous or unsafe parents or guardians. Routinely worked closely with the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, Juvenile Probation Office, the Superior Court and various local, state and federal law enforcement agencies. Routinely researched and interpreted statues and polices for compliance, conducted detailed interviews and follow-ups with both adults and juveniles, conducted open and closed source research, conducted surveillance, collected evidence, maintained accurate investigate records, prepared detailed written reports and affidavits, and testified in court hearings and trials.
