Developing a software-in-the-loop simulation that provides a practical, virtual environment for analyzing and testing Joint Counter Radio Controlled Improvised Explosive Device Electronic Warfare (JCREW) signal detection algorithms.Engineered software to implement improved network management and new automatic configuration capabilities for Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) Multifunction Advanced Data Link (MADL). Adapted USI’s PROSAR synthetic aperture radar processing software to run in a realtime parallel processor computing environment for use in a search and rescue system designed by Boeing. Developed software to parse SIR-C Mode 11 and Mode 16 data streams, generate data files for input to PROSAR, and compress/decompress parsed SIR-C Mode 16 phase history data.

Developed portable synthetic aperture radar processor for U.S. data collection flights under the Treaty for Open Skies. Authored Treaty for Open Skies decision paper standardizing format for exchanging image data between treaty nations. Designed search and track software for the Generic Threat Simulator pod used in Nulka ship decoy system tests by Australian Defence Forces. Implemented real-time imaging algorithms in the MkV instrumentation radar that supports production and operational testing of low observable military platforms. Developed Multi-Sensor Data Display Workstation used in various U.S. Army prototype surveillance systems, including Magic Warrior (a HMMWV-mounted scout surveillance system), Airborne Reconnaissance-Low test bed aircraft, Small Aerostat Surveillance System, and asurveillance system concept demonstrator mounted on a remote controlled mini-blimp.Analyzed sensor correlation concepts and nuclear survivability options for Joint STARS Ground Station Module.
