Strategic Account Executive
CurrentWork with key management staff to, define strategies and tactics necessary to efficiently capture market shares, grow shares of existing customer business and cultivate new business prospects. Work with executive management, drive new service development, promote value propositions, service-level commitments, and competitive positions by market and the company’s core competencies.Essential Functions• Identify and develop strategies to capture new business • Maintain Corporate CRM Program • Identify and cultivate prospects to open new revenue producing opportunities through grassroots efforts and marketing• Identify industry, market, product trends that warrant new service offering; advocate corresponding proposition that meet customer needs • Close sales• Drive implementation of sales tools, processes and systems that support business development• Work with Operations to move opportunities through the sales cycle and assure buy-in of pursuit strategy.• Develop and execute business sales strategies and initiative to expand ENTACT's environmental remediation, geotechnical, and civil construction services to new clients• Proactively manage clients expectation and communicate expectation to Operations• Expand ENTACT’s market penetration in the industrial market sector by attracting new clients and expanding business with current client base• Expand ENATCT’s market penetration in the industrial market sector by providing vertical marketing and good client maintenance with existing clients• Build, grow and maintain an active list of large and/or strategic new opportunities that will ensure the continuous growth of clients• Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and professional organizations
