As RF Test Technician, I had the responsibility of testing and tuning RF amplifiers. I was also responsible for trouble shooting, writing rework instructions and verifying rework completion. As RF Test Technician III, I have had the responsibility of testing, trouble shooting and repairing modules, units and systems for the High Frequency and Very High Frequency radio equipment.This was a temporary position at working at Datron Communications where I later became a regular employee.

I managed components and systems under repair at any point in time. Developed and implemented flow of paperwork used to account for maintenance. I also managed the tool control and calibrations control programs for over $1 million worth of items. On a daily basis I supervise junior Marines in their individual jobs. I have also managed the scheduling and training of my subordinates. I have reviewed course content, managed the scheduling resources and personnel and reviewed personnel records for potential deficiencies. I also manage the office resources to be utilized by the maintenance activity as well as the support of maintenance.
