​I.T. Specialist –Providing onsite, remote, and onsite support for over 900 end users across 5 locations. Duties included but not limited to creating and managing phone extensions including end-of-point programming for Voice-Over-IP Desktop Phones for Avaya branded equipment. Provided technical support for Office 365 including Outlook email. Active Directory including creating workstations under an OU structure including creating new accounts, removing accounts for employee terminations, and unlocking, resetting and/or enabling passwords. Provided end user support for external portals including UAC Portal. Desktop and Laptop deployments and network infrastructure work including running network wiring, splitting, and terminating wires and troubleshooting keystone jacks. Primary multimedia expert for the company including photography, videography for company locations including piloting Drones for photographic and video captures and using Adobe Premier and Photoshop for photograph and video editing. ​
