-Oversee all aspects of Human Resources including but not limited to: full-cycle recruitment, phone screens, interviews, on-boarding, scheduling, training, payroll, employee incentive programs, retention, terminations, conflict resolution, etc.-Develop and implement sexual harassment policy and training program. -Utilize social media platforms to generate interest in events, menu, and promotional opportunities. -Supervise staff of 50+ employees across multiple departments fostering an environment of collaboration.-Manage food & beverage supply chain including inventory, ordering, maintaining, & loss prevention.-Record and manage vendor account payments using Microsoft Excel to track process.-Troubleshoot point of sale software to ensure smooth operation of order processing.-Book, schedule, and negotiate terms with performance artists for 2-3 shows weekly.-Responsible for ground up creation of menu, design, work role processes, etc.-Heavy personal customer service interface.

-Source and submit resumes to recruitment team for various open positions within the company.-Track and file onboarding paperwork for new hires utilizing HRIS Database.-Draft offer letters for selected candidates.-Consolidate and assemble data for monthly recruitment expense report.-Compile data for annual performance and promotional reviews.-Maintain and protect sensitive information for all company employees files.-Perform background checks and flag potential issues with new hires

-Targeted executive positions at Fortune 500 companies for potential recruitment at client firms.-Perform cold calls and web research in order to generate corporate maps to identify potential candidates.-Utilize various methods to circumvent gate-keepers and generate direct lines to potential candidates.
