Based at Silverstone, I am accountable for all edrive and motor assembly, prototype activities, supply chain availability, vehicle integration, machine shop output and facilities maintenance. I currently manage five staff members across departments, but during peak of output I was responsible for 15 direct reports. My KPIs include: build plan, prototype builds, feedback of data and learning to key stakeholders, progress reports, parts availability and traceability management and development of quality controls. I work with design and development team to assist in product design and assembly process, develop and implement build plans and expedite parts and tooling requirements with procurement. I develop build processes, tooling improvements and quality controls and assist in PFMEA in prototype and production facilities in UK and India. I perform site visits to production facilities in UK and India to handover and review build process and tooling.Key Projects & Achievements: Played key role in initial prototype and testing of AFT motor technology and development of build processes for mass production.  Assembled, recruited and created the prototype department.  Assist in planning, implementing and managing MRP system to ensure traceability of builds.

Harkand provides subsea services to the oil & gas industry worldwide in the construction and repair of piplines, rigs and diving platforms. It has 7 diving support vessels, 32 ROVs, offices in Aberdeen, Singapore, Perth (Australia) and Houston, 200 employees and a t/o of $0.5bn. Based at the Aberdeen yard, I am accountable to the Supply Chain Manager for project logistics and base logistics in the mobilisation and demobilisation of ROV systems and diving spreads to vessels and rigs worldwide. I plan, organise and supervise shoreside mobilisation/demobilisation operations and loading of systems onto trucks. I supply necessary spares to aid in projects, via helicopter, supply vessels and road transport. I process imports and exports of equipment to various jobs and oversee packing, including dangerous goods, by air, sea and road.Initially I designed and produced the first ever written standard procedures and "how to" guides for the company. I also introduced new manifests, computer programme updates and tracking procedures which saved the company days of hire and replacement charges.

After leaving University of St Andrews I joined Morrisons as a Store Assistant. This store employed 150 people in 8 Departments, with an annual turnover of £5.7m. I was promoted rapidly to Supervisor, Department Manager and in 2011 to Manager of 7 Departments. When the Store Manager was unavailable I acted as Store Duty Manager out of business hours. This role taught me the key management skills of planning, organising, leading and controlling people; it also developed my problem-solving skills and my ability to communicate effectively with others.
